We reinterpret construction in a key of eco-sustainability and preservation of the existing heritage through professional redevelopment, renovation, restoration and maintenance interventions aimed at restoring dignity, beauty and function. All this, within the agreed timeframe, with excellent quality standards and with full transparency in budgets.
This awareness prompted Michele Cannoni and Michele Palmerini to combine their respective skills and found Re.Strutture in 2017.

An experience that, from the outset, was characterised by a clear desire not to focus on new builds but aim to provide a second life to existing properties, buildings and spaces of private individuals, organisations and companies through interventions aimed at restoring the built environment, increasing its value and optimising energy consumption.

This innovative vision of construction has been concretely brought to fruition in the many projects carried out in historical centres, industrial areas and infrastructures spread across the provinces of Arezzo, Florence, Perugia and Siena, consolidating our position as a sound and reliable partner for every phase of the supply chain: from design to construction.

Our company’s workforce is constantly growing and now relies on technical figures, such as engineers, architects and surveyors, site workers, secretarial and administrative staff who, by virtue of a daily exchange of experience, allow us to offer a turnkey service where we take care of everything on time, on budget and in the manner agreed with the customer.
This team operates from the head office in Sinalunga and branch offices in Florence, Perugia and Siena from where we guarantee an extensive network in the territory, proximity to customers and prompt intervention in case of need.
Constant updating and continuous training are, lastly, necessary prerequisites to look towards the future scenarios of each intervention and to offer the most state-of-the-art solutions for individual situations, responding effectively and competently to the diverse demands of property owners and managers, technicians and companies, public bodies and religious institutions.

One AWU is equivalent to work performed by 1 full-time employee for one year. Part-time and seasonal workers represent fractions of AWUs. Full-time workers employed for less than 1 year also represent fractions of AWUs.

Our solidity is well demonstrated by our own fleet of vehicles, which allows us to intervene with precision, effectiveness and timing. The company’s fleet consists of vehicles of different sizes and for different purposes, including crane trucks and tippers, to carry out all types of redevelopment, renovation, restoration and maintenance work.
